MDX08 NA Extraction Kit

The Hola MDX08 NA Extraction Kit is designed for the extraction, enrichment, and purification of nucleic acids using the Hola MDX08 System.

The kit uses magnetic bead-based extraction. After sample lysis, nucleic acids are captured by magnetic beads, washed, purified, and eluted in an automated workflow. The extracted nucleic acids are suitable for downstream research applications such as PCR, sequencing, cloning, molecular hybridization, fluorescence PCR, and other molecular biology workflows.
