The Hola MDX01 NA Extraction Kit is designed for the extraction, enrichment, and purification of nucleic acids using the Hola MDX01 System.
The kit uses magnetic bead-based extraction. After sample lysis, nucleic acids are captured by magnetic beads, washed, purified, and eluted in an automated workflow. The extracted nucleic acids are suitable for downstream research applications such as PCR, sequencing, cloning, molecular hybridization, fluorescence PCR, and other molecular biology workflows.
The kit is intended for research use only. Not for clinical or diagnostic use.
