Booking Confirmation / Payment
Payment of the fee is possible by credit card when booking online. Payment on the spot is temporarily suspended due to the epidemiological situation. Patients with a test covered by public health insurance book an appointment without payment.
Frequently asked questions
From April 1, 2022, we offer PCR testing for indicated patients in cooperation with the IFCOR laboratory. The test results will therefore come to you from their email address. In the case of self-payers, we continue to analyze samples in our laboratory. In this case, the sending of the results remains unchanged.
If you come as a self-payer be prepared to show your ID card. If you come on the basis of an e-receipt, you show your ID card and an insurace card.
The result of the test is related to the time when the sample was taken. If you subsequently come into contact with a person who has a positive result, or if you develop clinical signs of a respiratory infection, contact your GP immediately by telephone, who will organise further healthcare provision in collaboration with the regional health station.
