Booking Confirmation / Payment
Payment of the fee is possible by credit card when booking online or at the collection point both by credit card and in cash. Patients with a test covered by public health insurance book an appointment without payment.
Frequently asked questions
The result of the test is related to the time when the sample was taken. If you subsequently come into contact with a person who has a positive result, or if you develop clinical signs of a respiratory infection, contact your GP immediately by telephone, who will organise further healthcare provision in collaboration with the regional health station.
At the present, this is currently the most reliable method of screening for COVID-19.
The quality of the result is mainly influenced by the quality of the sampling. It is not recommended to use oral hygiene products (mouthwash, toothpaste, etc.) before the collection.
